It is with great sorrow to communicate that Mike Nine passed today as a result of injuries sustained in an bike accident this morning. The accident occurred roughly at 7:40 AM on Spyglass Rd on approach to San Miguel Rd. A motorist on the wrong side of the road while heading up Spyglass Rd. forced Mike into a severe avoidance maneuver which resulted in Mike striking the rear of the wrong way vehicle.

 

Mike left behind a young wife, daughter and son as well as his brother and father. Those who knew Mike, knew him as a devoted husband and father, not to mention a good friend and one hell of a rider. He will be missed. More information to be released as I get it regarding identifying available help and resources for Mike\'s family and memorial service info.
