Thanks to everyone who joined us today for our first beginner cyclocross clinic. We enjoyed introducing cyclocross to an enthusiastic group of riders and it was great to have help from the experienced CX riders. Our first clinic focused on introducing cyclocross and practicing dismounts. Everyone caught on quickly and most importantly had a good time (mandatory for CX)!

Thanks to the team at Laguna Niguel Rock N\' Road Cyclery for answering questions about CX bikes after the clinic.

Next up: re-mounts, jumping barriers and run-ups on Wednesday, 8/18 at 6 pm. We\'ll meet at Aliso Canyon Community Park (located just up the road from Aliso Woods park at Wood Canyon and Knollwood across from Wood Canyon Elementary School). Look for future posts on this blog with more details.
