Join us Wednesday 8/19 at 6 pm for the second beginner cyclocross clinic. If you haven’t raced, don\'t have a cyclocross bike, or want to see why someone would jump off a moving bike and then jump back on again, these clinics are for you. If you are an experienced CX racer you are welcome to join the fun, but keep in mind these clinics are for beginners and those who have not competed in a CX race.

We\'ll meet at Aliso Canyon Community Park (located just up the road from Aliso Woods park at Wood Canyon and Knollwood across from Wood Canyon Elementary School). After a quick introduction we\'ll review/practice dismounts, re-mounts, jumping barriers, and run-ups.

Don\'t worry if you didn\'t make it to the first clinic. We\'ll do a quick review and give you plenty of opportunity to practice.
