Hey Cross and MTB Riders,

The SoCal Cross series is now underway and Team Sho-air/Sonance is currently in 2nd or 3rd place pending how Team Rock & Road fits into the picture. Great way to get in shape for Road and MTB racing.  Lots of folks show up and race on their MTBs which often times has a distinct advantage.  All the races our local, cheap ($25 entry fee) and just plan cool.   Ask Jason and the boys at the Laguna Niguel shop and they\'ll get you started.  Heck, they might even sell you a new CX bike for your quiver.

Come out and help us compete for the title.  Best 7 out of 12 races.  

If Lance is racing CX to get prepared for his 8th Tour De France, you should to.
